Our family at Action Auto is made up of you our customers, team members and
the community we serve in Ramona. The health and safety of our family and
yours is our utmost priority.
With that in mind we are closely monitoring the rapidly changing situation
around COVID-19 (also referred to as Coronavirus), responding to new
information as it arises and preparing for all possible scenarios with the
goal of continuing to serve you in any way that we can.
We are also following the guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC)
(https://www.cdc.gov/) and World Health Organization (WHO)(https://www.who.int/), as well as closely following local and state health
departments and top medical experts as we implement our response. In an
abundance of caution, we have taken the following steps beyond our normal
high standards:
** *We've prepared our team members and re-emphasized existing sanitation
and illness policies, including frequent and proper handwashing and our
practices regarding wearing and changing of gloves.
*** We've implemented enhanced processes and the frequency in which we
clean our shop. Specifically, we are paying special attention to guest
touch points like seats, table tops, restrooms, door handles and other hard
surfaces.
*** We've emphasized what team members can do to keep themselves and others
safe, including not touching their face and staying home if sick.
** *We've come up with enhanced procedures to determine our team members
fitness to return to work and risk of exposure after personal travel.

*Action Auto will be open as usual for as long as we can do it safely.* We
are also offering $25 OFF on oil changes and 10% OFF up to a $100 on major
repairs. We also offer senior citizen and military discounts.
There is a possibility that all public gathering spots could be ordered to
close as it has in other states or countries. If we do close, we will let
you know and keep you posted when we will be back open.
